JQEdit with DataLink and read only fields

I have a IWCGJQEdit that coonect to a read only db field. When dataset goes to edit mode, the control is disabled and could not be edited and I chnage other fields, but when I click the Apply button to post data, error raise with message "field [Fieldname] cannot be modified.". I think this problem may exist on any controls that have DataLink property. I did-not test others.
