Same thing, all about ajaxbrowserhistory.
Do you remember my demo? Where 5 sec timeout used?
Just press button "load frame via ajax history", then press back button and next button - lock indicator will not appears at all)
As well as if you start my demo in browser and input this url "http://127.0.0.1:8888/$/#test" (when session already exists).
It's not about ajax history?

Since you have the source code, please check the behaviour with the new file, without the suggested AddChangedControl workaround, since when we test, all its working as expected
