First visible hour

The Schedular alsways starts at 00:00

Howeverm, mostly, there will be no event for 08:00.
Can you make it possible to have a property like 'FirstHour' which , when filled , will let the scheduler show up with that hour at top. But still possible to scroll back to 00:00
