DB Nav not working in 2.2.1.13

DB Nav not working at runtime: Press Add or Edit or Append and data set and all components go into correct state but the Post/Cancel/Edit/Add/Apend buttons DO NOT change state...
Switched back to CDG 2.1.0.3701 and all is good again...
Is there something I missed or is this a bug?
