URGENT - Install my license on new pc

Hi,

I have send e-mail to support and info without receiving any response...

i have some hardware problems in my pc which i use for development

I tried to activate my license on a new pc ... it returns me a message telling me an error and to contact technical support

as soon as I install the components in the new pc, I will remove the components from the old pc.

my invoce is
