I'm sorry for your frustation, but if you install in clean Delphi, nothing of this happens

It's not only the bpls that counts, also the dcus.

FWIW:
I do not know which installer is being used by CG Dev Tools, but it looks like a recent Microsoft update causes InstallShield to crash:

As far as I can tell, you must uninstall Microsoft KB2962872 to "fix" the InstallShield error.

now would be the time to check all dcus and other things we didnt had the time to check before.

but i can assure you that is nothing that we can fail, the setup it's just copying files to the right places, and add a few setups to Delphi and C++.

I just started a drive search for Intraweb_14_DXE4.*, as I did yesterday and didn't find any old dcu's hiding anywhere.

When it's complete I'll let you know so you can take a look. I was about ready to roll back to 14.0.22 and 1903373 which was working fine...but I'll wait another day

Ok, after a few hours of remote session support.

We found out that, there were 6 old cgdevtools bpls, from previous versions, in a different folder than the install folder.

The problem is that this folder with old bpls, was also contained in the system path, so Delphi was loading these old bpls instead the new ones.
