New demo looks great!
Preload feature - is it IWCGJQLockIndicator?
(i'll check source asap )

PS: seems to me, in style "cgdev-component-list li" better to remove "box-shadow" and tweak a little bit "tc_inner_card" style,
Like that:

No, it's a default IWLocker funcionality, but overridden in javascript (check code )
