Problem with Contextmenu

Hi,
i need your help please, i have some Problem with Contextmenu,
1) i added a Contextmenu to a grid( dataset provider), each Items has a Type_ : jqcmitCheckbox the problem all events ( example: TypeOption.onevent.onclick) don't fire or it comes an exception( 'Ajax event "Events.OnClick" not found!!
2) the checkboxes are displayed out off Menu Container ( see attached Pic)
