JqueryUI and themes

hello, I need some information with jqueryui support:
I often create my theme with ThemeRoller tool by jqueryui.com.
With this tool I can download the stylesheet files for 1.11.4 or 1.10.4 or 1.9.2 jqueryui version, but when i try to use it i have problems (i.e. display error) with some components (i.e. accordion, date picker,...).
So, what version of jqueryui can I use or is it possible to update to the last version of jqueryui?
