PDFViewer hide toolbar-buttons

Hi,
1. is there a way the hide (render invisible) the buttons "presentation_mode" and "viewbookmark"?
2. Also it would be fine if the "pageRotateCw" and "pageRotateCcw"-buttons could be shown directly on the toolbar without to have to open the "tools"-popup.
3. If possible, please provide an event when user clicks the download-button. I would like to show the user a (modal) dialog before downloading. Alternatively a button placed on the viewer-toolbar would do the same job, if this should be possible.
thanks and best regards
Toni Santa

Sorry but, pdf component use the PDF.js library from Mozilla, and we can't change the behavior.
