License activation

Sorry to write a support request here, but you don't answer support@cgdevtools.com, first e-mail was on 08 december 2022 10:08.
I can't activate CGDevTool on a new installation of Delphi/IntraWeb/CGDevTools. I get an error saying; "Activations not available, please contact support"
I am writing for Amesto Solutions A/S.

It is not so nice, I will not buy a new lic. until it is solved.
Similar problem here: I do not get aswers from them.
