I have been sending requests to sales and support for weeks with no response.

Anyone still using this suite should support this request both here and send requests to support@cgdevtools.com and sales@cgdevtoole.com.

Hi, me too have a same problem..
I am worried that they do not respond to reset the suite licenses when you change PC or operating system. leaving the systems developed with this suite useless

I had the exact same experience in the past weeks with a new computer. It took days before I could register my licence!

Hi,
They should find a solution to the issue of registering the license of the suite. It cannot be that every time we change PC or operating system we are left waiting for the license to be enabled. We have paid quite a bit of money for the suite and we cannot use it as we wish.
