solution to lack of suite support

by hsbelli » 09 Feb 2024 15:40

Dear friends, we need an answer if you are going to continue supporting the suite or not. If not, please solve the license issue and free us from being able to use our purchased suite on any PC, since we cannot do so now. We need an urgent solution! We cannot throw away all the applications already developed.

regards

Gentlemen of CGDEVTOOLS, we need some answer. We can't keep waiting any longer. I am willing to buy the source code but if you don't solve the licensing issue so that we can install our suite on any PC without having to depend on you. It is unfeasible.

Greetings, waiting for a prompt response.

Unfortunately, they appear to have just abandoned us! :-(

If it is unfortunate... please Alexander Bulei or Jorge Sousa give us an answer. We have bought the suite and we cannot freely dispose of it. We do not ask for updates but to use it as we have it

Jorge left the company many, many years ago.

Alexander was reassigned to a different division of the company about 3 years ago and I lost contact with him about 6 months ago. I don't know if he is still working with the company.

I have tried desperately and many ways to get CGD to respond to my queries - I am certain I am not the only one.

The source code is not a solution without releasing the "keys" being released.

VERY SAD...

Hello, yes I know that the source code is not the solution if the "Keys" issue is not fixed but someone must give us an answer. We have paid several years for the product and if they do not give it more support, they should release the "keys" for those of us who have a purchased license.
I agree with you. The company's behavior is very sad and irresponsible.

Hello everyone, because the CGDEVTOOLS company no longer gives us support. I ask, has anyone been able to migrate the code to delphi 12 and intraweb 15.5.8? It would be interesting as a community to be able to do it.

greetings

I have a lot of code lines with CG, try to change to other components is not a less of a year of work for me, I'm working to rebuild IWCGJQRex.pas from nothing, now it's ready to build and execute on runtime, but I need time to view all errors on design time.

Yes, we need to work together now, CG is out of ship and we are alone.

hi, I totally agree. let's work together. Let's try to see if we can migrate the code to Delphi 12. Count on me to help. I don't have the source code so if you can provide it it would be ideal
