Trying to setup my project the way the demo works.
The idea is to have a Main Form with a Menu and a region.
When a meny item is clicked , the TIWCGJQFrame based form for is show in the region.
The idea is to get an application with as less full reload of forms as possible.
For the menu i use the JQVertMenu.
On the OnCLickEvent i create the Frame associating with the menuitem and show is in the region (as done in your demo)
The problem i have is that i get an error message "Content Stream already exists" when showing the form.
I need to Set the Ajax property of the OnClick eventhandler to FALSE to prevent this error.
However this way i still get a full refresh!
Just checked the demo, here the OnClick is still Ajax:

is the 'magic' in the 'ShowFrame' method?
