Carousel not work when form is right to left

if you set form LeftToRight := False; (for right to left languages)
then the carousel does not show its slides
i spent many hours to solve but failed ...

is not there a workaround or some modification in css that i can do
since i do not plan to update IW or CG version i am using in the near future
