How to use IWCGJQCheckBoxList in IWCGJQDialog?

I create IWCGJQCheckBoxList with items in IWCGJQDialog with code in oncreate event of IWCGJQDialog.
But it open behind of IWCGJQDialog.
What i do for correct it?
