OK, it looks like you are right... I tested it on a small sample project.

One thing to consider: the time format HH:mm tt displays military time (0 - 23 hour along with the minutes), but it also displays am or pm.

By changing the time format to hh:mm tt, the hour goes back to 1 as soon as you hit "pm", so you get the time format that most non-military people use.

O ok, i don't noticed the 0..23, because I'm used to the military time :)
