Marker center

Hi, i create my own markers mainly for wind direction indication so for that markers are 48x48 .
My questions is how can i set the center of the marker to be in the right lat/long ?

In this image the blue markers and the others are on the same lat/lng so the shift when zoom is low is really big.

It's possible to adjust the marker image, but unfortunately, the jquery plugin doesn't provide this functionality
