so i investigate more and restore 6 versions to find the latest working version with Ipad
and version 2.9.0.232 was fine and next version for me was 2.9.0.251 and since this one it doesn't work with ipad

I found the problem by comparing versions



Now it works with one finger and i'm again able to click on markers

What your pointing, is the same as setting Gmp3.GoogleMapsExpermental = False, the default value

If you set to true, you will be running the "experimental release of the Google JavaScript Maps API V3."

When my application has servercontroler.javascriptoptions useUcompressedFiles=false and debug=false i got same message as reported.

To summarize the problem i faced , by default version of google javascript was fixed in previous versions to v3 now with the latest ones version is not specified so google uses the latest experimental version.
So far it seems that the current experimental version as a bug and doesn't works with IPad/IPhone and Android devices to move map with one finger.
Latest version 3.5 works.

So if you want to use a specific or latest known version you have to modify the GoogleMapsAPIUrl by adding the version you want
ex: http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?language=en&v=3.5
