The border and color diapears when On_Active is set to True or False.

Maybe...but would be more helpful if you provide additional information like browser, cgdevtools version and iw version.

Hello,
IW 14.0.36, the latest CGDevTools version, IE 11, Firefox 32.0.2, Chrome (latest version)...
It used to work some versions before (for about 2 weeks ago)....
