SetCellValue function invalid

"IWCGJQSpreadSheet1.SetCellValue('dddd',3,3,0);"
And, there is error message shown when I try to get cell
value by "IWCGJQSpreadSheet1.jsGetCell(1,1,0)".
Also, when I drag a cell, the result cells values appear in
wrong position.
Note that my version of CGDevTools is 2.4.0.119 and Intraweb
version is 14.0.32.
