Modal dialog and Lock indicator compatibility

Hi!

I use global async indicator, each async operation show overlay with z-index = 5000.
Dialog overlay z-index = 1001 by default, but when i close dialog via async button, next time, dialog overlay z-index has value = 5012...
Note: dialog stack = false.

I've made a simple demo.

You are right.
There is incompatibility between lock indicator and ui modal dialog.
We have improved the jquery code to detect dialogs in page in V2.1.0.3703.
