After second render the dialog stop working.

Hello Support,

After updated the components to 2.3.0.82 the dialogs of my app stopped working.
It doesn't show the text that is inside and the buttons doesn't work. I tried to simulate it in an example attached, but it show the error only when we click twice on button "Abrir Frame".
Please, let me know if you need more detail.

What was your versions before?

I was using 2.3.0.80. I updated because of the scheduler bug.
Did you run the example?
