I wonder if it's because of this?
The jqgridmobile plugin javascript and css files are not included on setup
Please notice, you need to purchase the jQuery Plugin :
http://www.trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/mobile/
But since this plugin is not free, you need to purchase its javascript version, send us the invoice copy as proof, and we sent you the instructions to activate.
