It's already released for IW12.2.10, it's in bold in Downloads

Btw, check IE8 again i think the main problem was the jQuery version.

We checked our demo and all is working fine.

Ah... found the 12.2.10 update... looks like the sorting has placed the update down in the list, so it looks like 12.2.91 is the latest version.

I will check IE8 again.
