Activations not available!

I am rebuilding my machine after a crash. I am trying to register your components as part of that process. When I try to do so I get the message "Registrations not available, please contact support". Am I doing something wrong? Is the service down?

Hi dmfields

No it's not down, that can happen for a many reasons, license expired for instance, doesn't mean that is the case.

And since we make license control, every disk / cpu / so change, requires a request for a new activation.

Please send us your customer id or registered name, because i couldn't find you for the forum name,
