Floating Window (Panel)??

I am not sure if this is a request for a new component or a HOW-TO question with an existing component.

I would like to have a window float with my page like:

we like the idea, but this plugin in particular, flicks like hell!

But seriously, I don't care which component you pick as long as it can float while the page scrolls!!!

Maybe not Monday because we're going to publish 2.0 and this version is closed for new components and features, only testing and documentation now.

But it will be the next component in 2.1 for sure! We've an average of 3 new comps in every new version, so this plugin is as good as any other.
