The image is of our old version, now the underling region is of CGDevTools.
All blue items are of class TIWLink

The appear now in color Black while in the dfm:

      Font.Size = 10
      Font.Style = []
 

How does this come?

True, i copied the region to a form in the link test and it works ok.

The problem is that i'm using already existing forms where components are changed from TMS to CgDevTools

So i expect some properties stay behind and can cause problems
