Browser problem?

Hi

I'm testing mostly on Chrome and now i find this difference.

I have 3 ComboBoxEx, to let them show fine on Chrome i need to have change the top to lower value (see last picture off Delphi IDE)
Picture 2 shows it in IE11
Picture 3 shows the form in Chrome

Can i somewhere fix this?

I have put a region behind the Ok button , label and the 3 dropdowns and then its ok on both browsers
