Get files from the local disk, how to?

Hello,

I'm new to programming and my company started using CGDevTools components for their app, i'm creating some basic stuff and i need to create a dialog box like the one in Delphi (TOpenDialog) so the user can select files from the computer and save it into the database. My boss said i need to use "IWCGJQDialog" for it, but i'm not sure about it... is this the right component or should i use another component for this action?

What you should use is TIWCGJQFileUpload, take a look at the Demo App included.
