We still have to make the packages.

All the cgdevtools works with any supported Delphi, they don't require an update.

OK Thank You,

I am new to your toolset. Which installation packages can I use then, or where can I find the packages for XE5?

Hello

All you have to do is match the Intraweb version that you've installed with any of these setups:

http://www.cgdevtools.com/downloads/

All setups support Delphi/C++ versions from 2007 to XE5

I have but can not see the components in the component palette. Am I missing something perhaps?
Do I need a full version of Intraweb, or does the bundled version work?

Hello

Afaik, bundled version is IW14.0.0, right?

As you can see in downloads, you need to have IW versions from IW14.0.25 to IW14.0.31, or IW12.2.23 to IW12.2.26.

I upgraded to IW 14.0.31 and installed your package setup-IW14.0.28.exe. I see no bpl's to register in Delphi. It is now 5 days into the trial period and I still can not test your components. Any help will be appreciated

Hi

You cannot install package setup-IW14.0.28.exe, that is for IW14.0.28

Only the last develop versions has setups for IW14.0.31, because it released a few days ago.

PS: These matching version limitations, only occurs when users don't have cgdevtools source code, since they are dependant on binary files, they're restricted to linker requirements,

Hi I have installed the correct version for IW14.0.31 now, but still no components on the palette in Delphi. Do you have an installation guide or troubleshooting guide? Short answers of what not to do is helpful, but a list of instructions on what to do or look for would be more helpful. I do not see any bpl's in the installation folder of cgdevtools on my C drive. I am really interested in your product, but the allure is fading with the difficulty I have in installing this component set, together with the lack of a proper installation guide - or am I missing something?

Thank You

Hi

There is nothing to guide on installation.

I do not see any bpl's in the installation folder of cgdevtools on my C drive

They have to be in cgdevtools install path, for XE5, bpl names are

IWCGJQCore_140_190.bpl
IWCGJQComps_140_190.bpl
IWCGJQMobile_140_190.bpl

Look, the best for both,. is if you can join skype, id: cgdevtools, and we schedule a remote session.

Hi, I searched my machine after installation and could not find any of the bpl files. It seems they were not installed at all. I ran the setup-IW14.0.31.exe with elevated privilages on Windows 7, but no bpl's or any other files were installed

I added you to skype and am available for a session

Thank you
