No Release version for IW 14.0.31

I was trying to download a release version which would be compatible with IW 14.0.31 which one should I use?

Thank you I've been to the downloads page, however, I still see no indication of which STABLE version is compatible with IW 14.0.31.

Per your page: NOTE: Binary setups for IW14.0.29 are compatible with IW14.0.30

There is no release binary for IW14.0.29 the newest STABLE version release you have for IW 14 is setup-IW14.0.28.exe (111.1 MiB - April 10, 2014). Is that compatible with IW14.0.31?
