change url picture in column type staticimage

hi, i need a little example how change the url picture of column type staticimage? and the event to do this.

For Example

if grid1.cellvalues[1,2]='PA' then grid1.column.picture.url:='pdf.png'
else grid1.column.picture.url:='xx.png'
