CGJQTabs ignore RenderSize := False

I replace that line with:

Result := Result+'position: absolute;width: 100%;top: '+IntToStr(Top)+'px;bottom: 0px;';


it works fine too and it's compatible with all browsers.

This style could be used by default for the tabs regardless if we are going to use in templates or not.
