Alignment and scrollbar inside tab

I'm using Berlin 10.1, IW 14.0.63 and CGDevTools 3.0.0.73.
I'm working on a frame like the form that is in the attached project.
Is there a way to avoid scrollbars inside the tab with the grid align set to alClient?
I try to put the grid inside a region but the result was the same.
