Size on design when caption is set

Hi,
if i drop a JQDatePicker or a JQDateTimePicker on a frame and set its caption <> "" then everytime the frame is refreshed the datepicker size is increased of the caption size .
on movie below both components are JQDateTimePicker , top most has a caption
CGDEVTOOLS 4.0.0.12 IW 14.1.13

I've tested with 4.0.0.13 , it works but in design mode the caption is displayed on top

where in runtime displayed on left
