Dialog not working in Async event

When I show a DialogEx on my form in a async event (from a button asyncclick) the content of the dialog is not rendered. Please se the attached image. This began to happens when I upgrade the component package to 4.1.0.208.
What can I do?

It doesnt happen in our main demo.
Please send me the simple testcase project.

I don't need (and will not check) your project...
I'm asking your for simple testcase project....very simple and without any db dependencies..

The project is a simpel form and no databases (where do you have that from?).
I have attached the project as a zip with out the files and binaries.

I saw this bug fix for 1.5.5, maybe this is what I have run into?
-Duplicate styles being generated when changing visibility of control. This could have adverse effect on rendering after an async event.
