Hi, I overlooked that your response ended up on page 2, thus the delay in answering...

When I run from Chrome, I get the following from the developer console (the three first lines are when loading the form, the rest is from clicking the button):

Yes, I had done that. When I look inside the folder, I noticed that there were no jquery-browser.js file there, but rather one named jquery.browser.js. When I manually changed the name of the file, the demo application appears to work. But there are of course lots of files there that use naming with a dot in the name, and should they be renamed as well? Or is it an error with the name in the code for the lock indicator? I leave that to you guys to sort out! I you have a fix or workaround for this quickly I would much appreciate it, I am finalizing the first version of our web application and would very much like to have this functionality.
