overflow menu item (android)

General discussion

Is there an overflow menu component as is shown in the upper right hand corner of this page http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/menus.html? Or is it simply a matter of a style option on the menu?

Yes #3, do we already have a component like that? I just may not know what I'm looking at when I see it.

Hi Esther,

Unfortunately, we don't have this menu.

But you can get good effect with JQMSidePanel.

For example:

Use the JQMHeader right button, and on click open the JQMSidePanel.

Best Regards.

Hello,
I am trying to add this menu to m mobile web app. I ge the side panel to show on screen, but which component would best be used to simulate a menu? I tried placing buttons but it seems like the on VCLick events are not firing. Am I missing something?

Hi Alexander,

I tried this again using IWCGJQMLabel and the Click event fires and I can use them to create a menu in side panel.

Cheers!
