Problems on header buttons in subsequent shown frame

Hello,

in the attached project you can navigate three page frame clicking on a button in the page.
I get the following strange behaviour :

On the frame 1 the "Back" button terminate the application
On the frame 2 the "Show" button doesn't work

How can I solve these problems ?

I'm blocked on my project cause I can't manage more than two frame at the same time.
On the third frame header buttons don't function as expected.

Is there something wrong in my code or is it a limitation ?

No there is no limitation, afawk.

We change some code to support ajax navigation through the changePage.
Please check your changed demo in attachment for workaround until the next build.
