Canvas Does Not Allow Drawing

Having released our Portal a few weeks ago we are getting complains that certain forms are not accessable after a few days or weeks (depending on the trafic)

The error the user gets is: Canvas Does Not Allow Drawing

We don't draw on any canvas ourself, is there a known problem with one of the prior versions which a newer version will resolve ?

We have one customer (not running on our ASP environemt) whi gets this error also on opening a form.
Any idea what it could mean?

We have it with just 1 customer, this customers run our application on their own server on which we may not login.
We get the error immediately when a form is openen, could it have something to di with imgusercach priviliges?

Tell him, to try open the delphi with admin right...
Anyway, we need more information like delphi/intraweb/cgdevtools versions, operating system & component list on form (dfm)..
