DXE2/IW 12.2.4 - Missing Mobile suite components?

I hope you are having a productive Monday!

I've just installed the mobile components, but there are only three: JQMEdit, JQMButton and JQMLabel. Is this true (as of today) or do I need to reinstall?

You've always to re register everytime you update to a new version

I apologize for being somewhat dense... what exactly do you mean by "re-register"? I uninstalled all of the CGDevTools from DXE2 and ran the installer.

I just uninstalled CGDevTools 12.2.4 (808) and removed the C:\Program Files (x86)\CGDevTools folder. Then I downloaded the latest version of CGDevTools 12.2.4 (840) and installed. The installation process asked for and accepted my license number and showed that it was registered. The CGDevTools Mobile component pallete only shows three components: TIWCGJQMButton, TIWCGJQMEdit and TIWCGJQMLabel.

Hi Scott

I've checked your license and the problems is that by mistake, the deparment that handles licensing forgot to add Mobile Suite to your license.

Since the normal company's work day has ended, it will be dificult to fix that problem now, because I don't have access to change licenses. It wiill be fixed in our morning, for sure. Sorry.

However, I'm trying to contact someone that could update the license status. I'll post again, If I have ant luck.

By re-registering i meant register again, because each time an update is installed it need to be validated, to check if customer can update to a particular release, since the licenses are limited in time for updates.

Thank you for the update! Don't worry too much about finding someone to fix my registration today; tomorrow will certainly be soon enough. Will I need to re-install and re-register once you've fixed my registration record?
