second form of a mobile app showing with desktop size

Having a 3 forms mobile app, the first form shows with the right size, but if i create and show another form, it´s shown as a miniature.
If i change the main form, always the first one is fine.

What can i do?

I'm attaching 3 screenshots.
Testing several Android phones. (Android 4 and android 5)
Iphone seems to work ok.

Screenshots:

1 Main form ok.
2 Toolbars page
3 Main form (mini) after pressing toolbars page back button.

What can i do?

Yes, the demo link you wrote works ok .
But i was trying to test the online demo using the website links. Those links do not work.
It would be nice if you fix it, so people can test your product.

Alex, all the "online demo" links i've tried in the mobile suite section.

i.e. in these pages:
