When i answered in this thread the version was 2.9.0.284.
But when i've reinstalled, i did a mistake and installed 2.8.0.181
Now i've reintalld 2.9.0.284 again.

I'm using IW 12.2.34 and i can't find those properties.

I can see you have StyleSheet setted in ServerController...

css/ui-themes/candy/jquery.mobile.theme-1.3.2.css

You're right, if servercontroller.stylesheet is setted IWCGJQMThemeSwitcher doesn't work.
