Downloading latest version

Hi,
Currently I'm in Sri Lanka, and am getting Network Error sometime during the download. The internet services here are relatively poor. My question is do you have your downloads also available on the cloud like Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud. These clouds have a very good recovery during download. I've tried already 5 times to download and still no luck
