CGDev menu in IDE

I updated to the latest version and found the cgdev menu item missing from the IDE to update the wwwroot and javascripts. Can you please look into this. I am using Intraweb XIV.

I uninstalled everything and reinstalled and i got the menu item back. Sorry for the trouble
