JQMListView Iscroll and Filter

I am working with the JQMListView. I would like to use the Iscroll capability combined with the filter being on that way if the filter results are returning many items I can use the iscroll to page them. However, when the filter is active i.e.: there is data typed in the list, the Iscroll pull down does not appear functional. Can you let me know what I am doing wrong?

I do have the Iscroll demo working, when I turn on the filter, the iscroll functionality stops working.

Checked here and work as expected, except one little issue on appearance of filter edit.
