Error when trying to upload a file

If I try to drop a small PDF file on the Upload component I get the following error message:

Mapping Session different from Item Event Session for the action "Upload"!

with Chrome, FF and IE

And we don't see any errors.

You are correct - it works most of the time.

If you try to upload a second file after waiting a few minutes, it shows the "Mapping Session different from Item Event Session" error.

Any ideas about what could be causing this?
