Invalid URL encoded character

Hello.

I am using the component in a Stand Alone aplication and I have seen some problems.

Depending on the machine where the application runs to upload some files gives this error.

Project Portal_Colaboradores.exe raised exception class EConvertError with message ''$PD' is not a valid integer value'
Project Portal_Colaboradores.exe raised exception class EConvertError with message 'Invalid URL encoded character(%PD) at position 1
