TIWCGJQFileUpload have bug when upload file, if filename include spaces

Tested in Next Environment:
Windows 10 64 bits
Delphi 10.1 Berlin
IW 14.0.56
CG 2.9.0.284

Steps to produce bug:
1.Create project with TIWCGJQFileUpload in a form
2.Upload files
2.a File name without spaces everything is ok
2.b File name with spaces send a message "File "....." not received!
